The mobile application for car care assistance “Maxx ‘N Go” has formed a strategic alliance with “Go Exim” to provide mobile, on-site after-sales services to Haval and Bordward cars in the Southeast Asia region – creating a digitised car maintenance services and repair system.
This alliance between Go Exim, the exclusive authorised distributor and manufacturer for Haval in Southeast Asia, and its strategic partner Maxx ‘N Go aims to provide convenient car maintenance services, including engine oil change, regular inspection and other after-sales services. Executives from both companies witnessed the occasion: Maxx ‘N Go CEO Mr Patrick Tam, Maxx ‘N Go Chief Technical Officer Tengku Djan Ley, Go Exim Executive Director Mr Farok Maasom and Go Auto International Development Director Mr Deric Chong.
Mr Patrick Tam said that the cooperation has prompted Maxx ‘N Go and Go Exim to jointly launch the Malaysian market in Southeast Asia in upgrading the car maintenance and repair experience that helps to save time and better convenience for the owners. It looks to expand these services beyond the initial stage to other countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, and Thailand.
This strategic partnership not only offer convenient on-site car maintenance services to Haval and Borgward owners, as Maxx ‘N Go services will incorporate Haval and Borgward standard procedures, original parts and lubricants. This allows owners to enjoy the most convenient car maintenance service while the warranty is still protected.
The Maxx ‘N Go’s data-based mobile car care application makes the entire car care system even better as all service records and information will be updated simultaneously in its system. Whether you visit the brick-and-mortar 4S service centre or book the services through Maxx ‘N Go App, both allow system access to obtain accurate information about your car. This will change the traditional car maintenance method, utilising technology and professional technicians, to provide better services and experience to car owners in Southeast Asia.
During his speech, Mr Farok Maasom said, “Go Exim is the authorised manufacturer and dealer for Haval and Borgward, headquartered in Malaysia, which produces SUVs (Sports Utility Vehicles) targeted at families and business owners in Southeast Asia. I believe that this collaboration will go a long way – leveraging on technology in providing after-sales maintenance service – in pushing car care/maintenance to a higher level with mobile services becoming an important trend in the automotive industry.”
Maxx ‘N Go team is ready to cooperate with other Asian automotive brands to bring Maxx ‘N Go car repair and maintenance services to the next level. At the same time, Maxx ‘N Go also reached a regional strategic partnership with China’s Bean Capital in December last year to take advantage of the blockchain technology by combining decentralisation concepts with automotive after-sales services. The latter aims to reshape automotive after-sales services with blockchain technology for data analysis and optimise after-market services.
