The mobile application for car care assistance “Maxx ‘N Go” has formed a strategic alliance with “Go Exim” to provide mobile, on-site after-sales services to Haval and Bordward cars in the Southeast Asia region – creating a digitised car maintenance services and repair system.

This alliance between Go Exim, the exclusive authorised distributor and manufacturer for Haval in Southeast Asia, and its strategic partner Maxx ‘N Go aims to provide convenient car maintenance services, including engine oil change, regular inspection and other after-sales services. Executives from both companies witnessed the occasion: Maxx ‘N Go CEO Mr Patrick Tam, Maxx ‘N Go Chief Technical Officer Tengku Djan Ley, Go Exim Executive Director Mr Farok Maasom and Go Auto International Development Director Mr Deric Chong.

Mr Patrick Tam said that the cooperation has prompted Maxx ‘N Go and Go Exim to jointly launch the Malaysian market in Southeast Asia in upgrading the car maintenance and repair experience that helps to save time and better convenience for the owners. It looks to expand these services beyond the initial stage to other countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, and Thailand.

This strategic partnership not only offer convenient on-site car maintenance services to Haval and Borgward owners, as Maxx ‘N Go services will incorporate Haval and Borgward standard procedures, original parts and lubricants. This allows owners to enjoy the most convenient car maintenance service while the warranty is still protected.

The Maxx ‘N Go’s data-based mobile car care application makes the entire car care system even better as all service records and information will be updated simultaneously in its system. Whether you visit the brick-and-mortar 4S service centre or book the services through Maxx ‘N Go App, both allow system access to obtain accurate information about your car. This will change the traditional car maintenance method, utilising technology and professional technicians, to provide better services and experience to car owners in Southeast Asia.

During his speech, Mr Farok Maasom said, “Go Exim is the authorised manufacturer and dealer for Haval and Borgward, headquartered in Malaysia, which produces SUVs (Sports Utility Vehicles) targeted at families and business owners in Southeast Asia. I believe that this collaboration will go a long way – leveraging on technology in providing after-sales maintenance service – in pushing car care/maintenance to a higher level with mobile services becoming an important trend in the automotive industry.”

Maxx ‘N Go team is ready to cooperate with other Asian automotive brands to bring Maxx ‘N Go car repair and maintenance services to the next level. At the same time, Maxx ‘N Go also reached a regional strategic partnership with China’s Bean Capital in December last year to take advantage of the blockchain technology by combining decentralisation concepts with automotive after-sales services. The latter aims to reshape automotive after-sales services with blockchain technology for data analysis and optimise after-market services.

About Maxx ‘N Go: Maxx ‘N Go is an on-demand car care assistant mobile app, which allows people to set their location, pick a preferred time, and receive their car care services like engine oil change and selected parts replacement on-site. Born with a purpose to serve, Maxx ‘N Go’s mission is to continuously provide smart solutions and maximum convenience to all motorists, empowering them with more flexibility and time saved.
Maxx ‘N Go services are currently available in most major cities throughout East and West Malaysia.

DACSEE’s decentralised operation using blockchain technology.

January 02, 2019 /PRWIRE.asia/ -- Ride-Sharing in Malaysia

Ride-sharing was first introduced to the market in 2012. It started off as a concept that most thought would be a passing trend. However, presently, there are at least 1.67 million ride-sharing users across several ride-sharing services with the industry hailing a revenue of RM376 million and these numbers are expected to increase over the coming years.

A Little Spaceship in Malaysia

Enter DACSEE, the world’s first decentralized community-empowered ride-sharing platform. Despite such a saturated market, DACSEE has carved a niche by using blockchain technology to facilitate its decentralised community-empowered ride-sharing platform.

Utilising blockchain technology allows DACSEE to provide a transparent system for ride-sharing users. Information can be recorded clearly for all stakeholders to view and its peer-to-peer system eliminates the middleman fee allowing multiple parties to benefit. Drivers have more control over their earnings while passengers are able to access cheaper fares.

A Futuristic Ride-Hailing Concept

DACSEE’s decentralised operation with blockchain technology allows it to create an independent eco-system that gives back to its users as the community grows. This feature sets DACSEE apart from the rest of their competitors as it allows the brand to be fun and community-driven.

“Unlike existing ride-hailing offerings in the market, DACSEE’s business model thrives on building communities. We want to connect individuals with similar interest who can exchange ideas and opportunities, which can improve the quality of their personal and professional networks and lives,” said Lim Chiew Shan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DACSEE.

DACSEE officially launched their mobile application in September 2018 with 4,500 pre-qualified drivers in Malaysia and has since garnered over 35k downloads with the brand swiftly gaining a presence in Malaysia.

In line with their community-focused approach, DACSEE benefits both drivers and passengers alike through the platform’s eco-system. Passengers can choose options like fares, vehicle size and comfort simply by setting up community groups. As a result, female riders can opt to be driven by a female driver if they wish.

Drivers, on the other hand, are able to earn an alternative income if they introduce another driver to join DACSEE. Similarly, passengers can earn if they introduce another passenger.

DACSEE Joy Rewards
Ride-sharing become a rewarding experience with redeemable cash vouchers

DACSEE will soon be launching an exciting reward campaign, aimed to make ride-sharing with DACSEE a more fulfilling and fun experience for their users. This upcoming reward campaign is collaboration between DACSEE and partners from various industries, including a widely-known chain of convenience stores and an insurance company.

To participate and receive the rewards, all one needs to do is download the DACSEE app and book and complete a ride. Users will then receive their rewards which can vary from cash vouchers to free rides and more.

Download DACSEE

The DACSEE app is available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store and provides a platform for passengers and drivers to benefit from one another by creating a better ecosystem.
